Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic liaison between the HR function and assigned business divisions in Jeddah. You will ensure compliance with policies, support performance management, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor implementation of HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain accurate staff records for assigned divisions.
• Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and normalization processes.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and communicate policy changes.
• Collaborate with the Reward Department on compensation and benefits benchmarking.
• Coordinate with various HR functions to deliver effective services.
• Represent divisions in HR discussions, providing insights on people‑related challenges.
• Support succession planning and high‑potential development.
• Partner with line managers to identify HR implications of business strategies.
• Provide advice on performance, disciplinary matters, and HR reporting.
• Work with Learning & Development to identify training needs and create development plans.
• Assist Recruitment in headcount planning, job specifications, and candidate screening.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Approximately 7 years of relevant HR experience.
