Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the development and execution of HR and volunteering strategies that support the organization’s mission and growth. This role oversees the full employee and volunteer lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor and volunteering regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR and volunteer policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management for staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate volunteer programs, including attraction, registration, orientation, scheduling, engagement, and recognition.
• Build partnerships with universities, community groups, and volunteering platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, and internal governance.
• Lead employee and volunteer relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives for both employees and volunteers.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR record‑keeping.
• Prepare HR and volunteering reports, workforce planning, and manpower budgets.
• Collaborate with department heads to meet operational and strategic workforce requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably with volunteer program management.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and volunteering regulations.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a mission‑driven, community‑focused environment.
