Human Resources Manager – Operations Business Partner

About the role

We are partnering with a leading organization in Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager. The role focuses on supporting operational excellence and partnering closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives across a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with Operations Managers to provide strategic and operational HR support.
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective delivery of HR services.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, maintaining compliance with company policies and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and workforce issues.
• Support end‑to‑end talent acquisition activities and workforce planning.
• Drive HR process improvements and ensure effective utilization of HRIS systems.
• Manage departmental budgets and contribute to resource planning initiatives.
• Influence stakeholders and provide HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of HR strategies, policies, and people initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Supervisor.
• At least 3 years of experience leading an HR team.
• Strong operational HR background with broad generalist experience.
• Proven experience across HR Operations, HR Services, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS.
• Experience managing HR budgets and supporting business decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to transition into a broader HR Business Partner role with greater strategic exposure.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, drilling, oil & gas, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
