About the role
The Human Resources Officer will support and manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee relations within a compliance‑driven environment in Saudi Arabia. The role demands a solid grasp of KSA Labour Law, experience handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and government‑relations activities such as visa processing and platform management.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee‑relations matters, ensuring fair and timely issue resolution.
- Support grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and investigations in line with KSA Labour Law.
- Assist with termination processes, including resignations, dismissals, and end‑of‑service documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with KSA Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate data on HR systems such as Qiwa, GOSI, and HRMS.
- Assist in internal and external audits as required.
- Coordinate and process employee visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Manage transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI platforms.
- Track expiry of Iqamas, licenses, and official documents to ensure timely renewals.
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of KSA Labour Law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher).
- Experience in PRO/government‑relations activities.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
