Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Supervisor to support our HR operations, workforce planning, recruitment, and employee performance management while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate workforce requirements with various departments and projects.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Conduct administrative investigations and address employee relations matters.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and Saudi labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management recommendations.
• Support organisational development initiatives and HR process improvements.
• Supervise daily HR operations and coordinate with HR team members.
• Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the contracting or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
