Indoor Sales Representative

About the role

The Indoor Sales Representative will be the face of our showroom in Riyadh, delivering an excellent customer experience while driving sales of makeup and cosmetics products. You will manage daily showroom operations, support customers in‑store and via digital channels, and ensure the environment reflects the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product advice and encouraging purchases.
• Make telemarketing calls to generate sales according to management directions.
• Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
• Handle all administrative duties related to the showroom, including financial transactions, invoices, and stock transfers.
• Ensure product testers are displayed prominently, in good condition, and that tutorial videos run on showroom screens.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and communicate new arrivals or out‑of‑stock items to management.
• Assist with deliveries, stock management, and support remote sales representatives when needed.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and align performance with company culture and work ethics.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or wholesale sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Extroverted personality with strong PR, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• High analytical capability, attention to detail, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma required; academic degree preferred.
