Information Security Engineer L2

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Information Security Engineer L2 to support and enhance the organization’s cybersecurity operations. The role focuses on managing security platforms, monitoring threats, responding to incidents, and ensuring continuous protection of systems, applications, and data across the enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and maintain security platforms including IAM, PAM, DLP, Email Security, Antivirus, SOAR, and MDM solutions.
• Perform scheduled and on‑demand security scans, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis.
• Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of all security systems and tools.
• Implement, configure, and enforce security controls and policies to protect enterprise systems and data.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents and escalations when required.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to strengthen overall security posture.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for threat detection, prevention, and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in identifying security gaps and driving remediation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security operations.
• Mandatory certifications: eJPT and CCNA.
• Saudi national preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
