Information Security Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Specialist with 1‑3 years of experience to lead security engagements, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance for our clients. The role blends technical security expertise with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security architecture reviews, risk assessments and gap analyses.
• Perform technical security audits and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
• Advise on enterprise, network and cloud security controls and best practices.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, frameworks and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Ensure compliance with NCA ECC, NDMO, SAMA CSF and ISO 27001 standards and support clients through regulatory audits and certification processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end consulting projects from scope definition to final reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, compliant solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge bases and methodologies.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in cybersecurity with both technical and GRC responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of NCA, NDMO, SAMA CSF and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
