Information Technology Developer

About the role

ORGNAIM is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Information Technology Developer to join its multidisciplinary ecosystem in Al Khobar. You will play a key part in building and maintaining software applications, managing databases, and delivering secure IT solutions that support the company’s innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications.
• Manage, design, and optimize databases.
• Implement secure IT and cybersecurity solutions.
• Write efficient, clean code and conduct system testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Research and adopt emerging IT developments to improve system performance.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in software development and programming.
• Experience with database design, maintenance, and optimization.
• Problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in mobile or web application development is a plus.
