Information Technology Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Engineer to support and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, endpoint management, internal network, and server operations. The role ensures the availability, security, and performance of IT systems while providing technical support and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Microsoft 365 environment and related services.
• Manage Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID identities and access controls.
• Configure and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Monitor and troubleshoot internal networking components such as VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Implement and oversee endpoint security solutions, including Microsoft Defender.
• Provide first‑line technical support to users and resolve incidents promptly.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of IT processes and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, wireless).
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
