Interior Designer (Residential, Commercial & Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to lead the creation of functional and aesthetic environments across residential, commercial and hospitality projects. The role involves translating client needs and brand objectives into detailed design solutions while respecting budgets, timelines and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise space plans, select materials, colours, lighting and furnishings, and present concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocations; monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and cost targets.
• Conduct site visits, gather feedback, negotiate revisions and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior designers, assign tasks, review work quality and support professional development.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage delivery schedules.
• Verify compliance with building codes, safety regulations and sustainability standards such as LEED.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specification sheets and status reports for internal use and client approval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive professional interior design experience.
• Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards and sustainable design practices.
