IT & Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to oversee the IT infrastructure of a financial institution regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The role combines hands‑on technical management with leadership of digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and Active Directory environments across all branches.
• Ensure system availability, security, and high‑availability, including firewalls and access‑control policies.
• Oversee backup systems, disaster‑recovery planning, and patch‑management in line with compliance requirements.
• Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and coordinate with the Information Security team on vulnerabilities.
• Lead digital transformation projects and automate internal processes.
• Maintain relationships with core system vendors and external IT service providers.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements related to SAMA regulations.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices, and manage IT budgets and technology investments.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
