IT Sales Assistant – Sales Support Specialist

About the role

The Sales Support Specialist will assist Account Managers in managing day‑to‑day operations and routine tasks, allowing the sales team to concentrate on business growth and client engagement. This position ensures organized processes, improves efficiency, and handles lead registration and follow‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, proposals and required documentation to support Account Managers.
• Handle lead registration and follow‑up using ManageEngine’s portal, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with vendor requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Presales and Technical Support and assist in generating sales reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Organize and manage sales documents, presentations and contracts, and schedule meetings, demos and calls with clients.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers for routine requests, support post‑sales processes and follow‑up on order processing and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service or an administrative role, preferably within the IT industry.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ManageEngine products.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
