IT Specialist – Clinical Application Support

About the role

The IT Specialist will provide functional and technical support for medical and front‑office applications used across Fakeeh Care. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of clinical software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑line support to clinical application users and provide 1st‑line assistance when required.
• Monitor, maintain, and update clinical and third‑party solutions to guarantee optimal performance.
• Document daily activities, support cases, and maintain accurate case logs.
• Communicate regularly with users, offering updates on case progress and technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues while keeping related documentation current.
• Track and manage user cases through to closure, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members and the solutions delivery team to improve processes and product knowledge.
• Balance project priorities to maintain system stability and availability.
• Ensure deliverables are functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well integrated.
• Utilize the Application Solution Manager for problem‑solving and daily tasks.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of IT or application support experience in a healthcare setting (junior) or minimum 3 years for senior candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic preferred.
