About the role
Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking an IT Specialist to support the day‑to‑day technology operations of the Shebara Resort. You will ensure that all hardware, software and hospitality applications run smoothly, providing prompt technical assistance to both staff and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for computers, printers, networks, internet connectivity and telecommunication systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hospitality systems such as Property Management System (PMS), Point‑of‑Sale (POS), key‑card systems and PBX.
- Install, configure and perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment and applications.
- Manage user accounts, access rights and enforce security protocols, including antivirus updates and security patches.
- Support LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructure and monitor system performance to prevent downtime.
Required profile
- Experience delivering IT support in a hospitality environment.
- Ability to respond quickly to service requests and minimise impact on guest services.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to system reliability and security.
Required skills
- Knowledge of PMS and POS applications.
- Familiarity with key‑card access systems and PBX.
- Hands‑on experience with LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi networks.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software.
- Understanding of antivirus solutions and security patch management.
