IT Support Administrator

About the role

The IT Support Administrator is responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, and providing technical assistance to users. The role combines day‑to‑day support with the management of Microsoft services, network operations, and cybersecurity measures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment.
• Administer Microsoft environments such as Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and Azure.
• Monitor system performance, handle backups, and ensure disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
• Support API integrations between internal and external applications.
• Assist with ASP.NET application troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Prepare regular operational reports and system status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or technical support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
