Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

Join our customer‑focused organization as a Junior Customer Service Representative working remotely across the EU, MENA and Southeast Asia. You will provide friendly, accurate support via phone, email and chat, helping customers with product information, technical issues, orders and complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email and chat, providing accurate product and service information.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers to solutions.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Record interactions in the CRM system and escalate complex cases.
• Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and educate customers on features.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with teammates via virtual platforms.
• Stay updated on product changes and company policies.
• Provide feedback for service improvements and represent the brand positively.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior experience in customer service or call centre (preferred).
• Strong active listening, empathy and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset, patience and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable to policy changes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving an international customer base.
