About the role

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior customer‑service or call‑center experience (preferred).
• Strong active‑listening, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm under pressure, reliable, punctual, and adaptable to policy changes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for an international audience.
