Key Account Manager – QSR (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Kerry is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and grow its Global QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) account in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary commercial contact, driving profitable growth, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with key QSR stakeholders and execute the regional account strategy.
• Identify sales growth, menu‑innovation, and value‑creation opportunities to meet revenue, margin and volume targets.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers in procurement, marketing, operations and product development.
• Partner with R&D, culinary, marketing and operations to launch new products and manage project pipelines.
• Prepare quotations, pricing recommendations and negotiate contracts while monitoring profitability.
• Coordinate internal resources across sales, marketing, R&D, supply chain, regulatory and finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related field.
• 5‑8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Foodservice, QSR or FMCG, preferably with multinational chain accounts.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and financial acumen.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi foodservice and QSR market.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
