About the role
SoftwareOne is looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join its sales team. You will be the main point of contact for existing customers, helping them realize value from technology solutions while driving account growth and long‑term partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end customer experience for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate SoftwareOne solutions.
- Drive renewals, upsell, cross‑sell, and identify new opportunities within the portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions on time and to specification.
- Track, forecast, and manage account performance, KPIs, and financials using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Experience selling licensing and service solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in sales or account management, preferably within technology or services.
- Strong relationship‑building mindset and customer focus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness with basic financial and forecasting understanding.
