Key Account Sales Manager – Quarry, Cement & Mining (Jeddah)

About the role

The company is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to develop and manage major quarry, cement and mining customers in Jeddah and the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires extensive heavy‑equipment sales experience and a strong understanding of industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key customers in quarry, cement, mining and related industries across the Western Region.
• Proactively acquire new customers and expand resources in major accounts.
• Visit customers and project sites regularly to assess operations, equipment needs and purchasing plans.
• Build relationships with owners, general managers, procurement and equipment managers.
• Identify sales opportunities from projects, equipment replacement, fleet expansion and new purchases.
• Provide suitable construction machinery solutions based on customer conditions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from needs identification through quotation, negotiation and order closing.
• Grow existing key accounts to increase loyalty and sales share.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors and customer investment plans and report to the company.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, submit forecasts and achieve set targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction machinery or a related industrial sector.
• Experience selling to quarry, cement, mining or aggregates customers.
• Background with leading construction machinery brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu or Doosan is preferred.
• Proven record of high‑value key‑account sales and project wins.
• Familiarity with the Jeddah and Western Saudi market and existing local industry contacts.
• Strong new‑customer development, key‑account management and commercial negotiation capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic communication skills are a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and ability to travel frequently across the region.
