Key Sales Accounts Manager

About the role

BRKZ is a fast‑growing construction‑tech startup in Saudi Arabia, connecting contractors with thousands of building‑material suppliers through a digital platform. As a Key Sales Accounts Manager you will drive sales growth, expand the customer base and ensure the needs of our construction‑material clients are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the construction materials market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Generate and qualify leads through online channels, networking and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and collection milestones.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials or a related industry.
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce sales strategies and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
