Laser Cutting Operator – Ministry of Defense (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Laser Cutting Operator to join our team supporting the Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce high‑precision components for defence projects.

Key responsibilities

• Load cutting programs, calibrate laser intensity, beam focus and feed rate, and install appropriate fixtures for each material.
• Safely load, position, and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, tape measures and gauges to verify parts against engineering drawings.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance such as cleaning optics, checking nozzles and clearing debris.
• Monitor cutting processes, quickly identify and resolve malfunctions, material defects or programming errors.
• Strictly follow workplace safety protocols, wear required protective equipment and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience operating laser cutting or CNC machines.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in an industrial environment.
