LD&T Assistant Supervisor

About the role

The LD&T Assistant Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that resources, manpower, and equipment are aligned to support sales and distribution across all channels. This role acts as the central coordination point between departments and warehouse staff, driving efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate reports on slow‑moving and non‑moving inventory, applying FEFO guidelines or agreed liquidation plans.
• Monitor pending orders and shipments for all regions and channels, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Produce daily and monthly KPI, RC, and stand‑by reports on schedule.
• Verify that shift and warehouse activities follow established procedures and company policies.
• Communicate new SKU information to store managers, dispatch clerks, and forklift operators.
• Track KPI performance, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of work equipment, coordinating with the fleet team for service schedules.
• Maintain product freshness by enforcing FEFO processes throughout the warehouse.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical ability to produce and interpret inventory and KPI reports.
• Excellent coordination skills to liaise between multiple departments.
• Knowledge of FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory principles.
• Ability to manage equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
