Lead Civil/Structural Engineer – Onshore & Offshore

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Civil/Structural Engineer to work on both onshore and offshore projects in Saudi Arabia. The role can be placed within the Core Engineering Team or a PMS project team, providing technical guidance and oversight for civil structures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and delegate tasks to onshore/offshore civil engineering personnel, ensuring effective control and performance.
• Verify that design basis and civil requirements such as site grading, drainage systems, equipment and tank foundations, and pipe racks are correctly implemented.
• Provide technical support for structural steel and concrete works, ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Apply specific knowledge of dynamic foundations to offshore and onshore structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 14 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in civil engineering structures for major oil & gas or petrochemical offshore projects.
• PMC experience in a similar lead role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and related procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
