Lead Generation Associate – Saudi Market

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to drive outbound prospecting for the Saudi market, turning target accounts into qualified meetings for our Riyadh sales team. You will use cold email, calling and LinkedIn to build a consistent pipeline of B2B leads for WegoPro.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound B2B lead generation campaigns via cold email, calling and LinkedIn (InMail, Campaign Manager).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and book meetings for the Riyadh sales team.
• Refine targeting and messaging based on conversion feedback and localize outreach for the Saudi market.
• Stay up‑to‑date on WegoPro’s product to answer prospect questions confidently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation and outbound campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Metrics‑driven mindset with strong analytical approach.
