Lead/Principal Business Consultant – Riyadh

About the role

SimCorp is seeking a Lead/Principal Business Consultant to join its EMEA Consulting Services team in Riyadh. The role focuses on helping financial institutions optimise their investment operations and front‑office workflows using SimCorp Dimension®.

Key responsibilities

• Lead major phases of SimCorp Dimension® implementation projects, translating client requirements into effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery and project success.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients on all Dimension‑related queries.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants on the job.
• Prepare detailed requirement specifications for product enhancements.
• Identify and propose value‑added services beyond the project scope, acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Significant experience in investment operations, asset‑book‑of‑record (ABOR), alternative investments, or front‑office processes.
• Proven ability to understand complex client processes and design optimal system configurations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh and travel as needed.
• Motivation to participate in the three‑week SimCorp Dimension® Academy.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SimCorp Dimension®.
• Knowledge of investment management workflows and front‑office operations.
