Learning & Development Trainer – Cleaning & Housekeeping

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Trainer specialized in cleaning and housekeeping to join our facility management team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering engaging training programs that enhance the skills, safety, and performance of our cleaning staff across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training for cleaning and housekeeping personnel.
• Teach proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
• Develop training materials, standard operating procedures, and practical session guides.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and infection control standards.
• Assess staff competency, identify skill gaps, and provide feedback.
• Support site mobilizations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility management training.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience working with multicultural teams.
• Train‑the‑Trainer certification is a plus.
