Learning Experience Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create engaging American‑curriculum learning journeys for high‑school students. Working remotely, you will collaborate with curriculum leads, teachers, product and engineering teams to design learner‑centred courses, multimedia assets, assessments and facilitator guides that drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end learning experiences, including scope & sequence, unit and lesson plans, assessments and formative checks aligned with Noon learning outcomes.
• Develop assessment strategies and rubrics to measure mastery and inform iterative content improvements.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate pedagogical designs into scalable digital experiences and QA learning flows in the platform.
• Localise learning resources for language and contextual relevance.
• Run rapid prototyping and user testing with students and teachers to validate design decisions.
• Train and support teachers and facilitators on new materials, pedagogical approaches and EdTech tools.
• Use data and qualitative feedback to continuously refine curriculum and content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Arts, Education or a related field.
• 3+ years designing digital or blended learning experiences for high‑school grades.
• Subject‑matter expertise in Sciences, Math or English Language Arts.
• Proven experience writing lesson plans, assessments and facilitator guides based on learning objectives and evidence‑based practices.
• Strong understanding of formative assessment, feedback design and differentiation strategies for mixed‑ability classrooms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
