Legal Consultant – Contract Drafting & Legal Advisory (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to provide contract drafting and legal advisory services for our operations in Saudi Arabia. The role is project‑based, allowing you to work independently on a variety of agreements and ensure they comply with local laws.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and finalize commercial, corporate and labour contracts in accordance with Saudi regulations.
• Prepare board member agreements for Saudi and non‑Saudi individuals.
• Audit existing agreements, suggest amendments and ensure enforceability.
• Offer legal advice on company policies, documentation and potential risks.
• Identify legal gaps and propose practical mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience drafting Saudi labour, corporate and commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver business‑ready documents.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and professional ethics.

Required skills

• Legal writing proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
