Legal Specialist – Commercial Contracts

About the role

The Legal Specialist will support the organization by drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. This role works closely with internal departments and the compliance team to mitigate legal risks and maintain proper contract documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to internal departments on contract matters.
• Develop and periodically update standardized contract templates.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and archiving.
• Identify legal risks in commercial deals and provide recommendations.
• Assist in reviewing internal policies for alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support the compliance team in preparing periodic reports and maintaining compliance records.
• Contribute to identifying and documenting basic legal and operational risks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement core governance procedures.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the business.
• Prepare concise legal reports and memos for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Licensed to practice law.
• At least three years of experience in commercial contract law.
