Loss Prevention Officer

About the role

The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees at our Jeddah location. You will patrol all areas, monitor security systems, and respond swiftly to incidents to maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms, and fire life‑safety systems.
• Lock entrances, conduct hazard inspections, and respond to accidents, providing first aid/CPR when needed.
• Handle guest or employee disturbances, call for external assistance, and complete incident reports.
• Escort unwelcome persons, report vehicle accidents or thefts, and maintain confidentiality of all reports.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety training, and confidentiality requirements.
