Maintenance Administrator – Saudi Nationals (Saudization)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support the Maintenance Department across all Americana restaurant locations in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures smooth procurement, financial documentation, and work order management while complying with Saudization requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs); maintain accurate procurement tracking sheets.
• Handle petty cash transactions with proper reconciliation and documentation.
• Process invoices and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs); coordinate with finance for timely payments.
• Manage documentation for equipment warranties and asset insurance, including renewals and claims.
• Assign and schedule maintenance work orders manually and via Dispatch Console, coordinating with technicians for timely service.
• Administer the ServiceMax system SLA’s, ensuring accurate real-time updates to work orders and job status.
• Monitor work order priority, ensuring critical issues are addressed promptly and performance targets are met.
• Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Admin team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of administrative experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality or facilities environments.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and maintenance platforms such as ServiceMax.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Saudi national (Saudization compliance).
