Maintenance Supervisor – East Region

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day upkeep of pharmacies and clinics across the East region, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with all regulations. You will coordinate a team of maintenance staff, manage resources, and oversee both routine and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and provide custodial and event support as needed.
• Develop and manage schedules, allocate resources, and plan maintenance activities for multiple locations.
• Ensure work is performed according to Standard Operating Procedures, health, safety, quality and environment policies, and Service Level Agreements.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance programs and safety initiatives.
• Participate in budgeting, monitor expenditures, and manage petty‑cash processes.
• Control supplies and stock in coordination with the storekeeper.
• Coordinate construction, remodeling, and refurbishment projects within budget and quality standards.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks and regular performance review meetings.
• Perform routine inspections of building systems and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively.
• Knowledge of SOPs, health‑safety, quality and environmental regulations.
• Experience with budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Capability to manage petty‑cash and inventory control processes.
• Experience coordinating construction or refurbishment projects.
• Ability to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with local safety authorities.
