Maintenance Technician – Electrical & Mechanical

About the role

Holystar Arabia is seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians to join its Maintenance Department in the switchgear and manufacturing sector. The role focuses on keeping machines, equipment, and production lines running smoothly while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for machines, equipment, and production lines.
• Troubleshoot technical and equipment issues to boost production performance.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and malfunctions to minimise downtime.
• Apply best practices to reduce maintenance problems and improve energy efficiency.
• Support site‑facility maintenance in line with company standards and safety regulations.
• Follow occupational health and safety procedures at all times.
• Check testing equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
• Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately.

Required profile

• Electrical or Mechanical Diploma.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Previous experience with CNC sheet‑metal machines (laser cutting, punching, bending).
• Experience with robotics and welding machines is preferred.
• Ability to read schematic/control drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
