Maintenance Technician – Industrial Plant

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on factory equipment and machinery in our industrial plant located in Riyadh’s 2nd Industrial City. The role ensures continuous, efficient operation while minimizing downtime and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve technical faults in production lines, especially related to transformer manufacturing.
• Maintain motors, control panels, measurement devices, insulation systems, and other transformer components.
• Read and accurately interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Use maintenance and testing tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, and voltage testers.
• Record all maintenance and repair activities in designated logs.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient machine operation.
• Strictly follow occupational health and safety procedures.
• Contribute to improving maintenance procedures and reducing recurring issues.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in maintenance work within industrial facilities, preferably in transformer manufacturing or heavy electrical equipment.
