Managed Services Consultant - Senior

About the role

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Managed Services Consultant to ensure the ongoing success of its enterprise clients on the Sprinklr platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize value from the AI‑native Unified‑CXM solution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the configuration of onboarded Sprinklr clients to meet evolving business needs.
• Identify platform gaps and optimisation opportunities, designing and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain platform relevance as client requirements change.
• Train and educate client users on best practices, functionality, and new features.
• Provide oversight for software deployment alignment with current architecture and future client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to monitor client health, support new business, and grow existing accounts.
• Support Services Directors in ensuring optimal platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configuration.

Required profile

• Business‑level fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in enterprise software deployment management.
• Strong understanding of customer experience platforms and SaaS environments.
