Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will lead proactive retention initiatives for STC’s Consumer sector, focusing on both Fixed and Mobile lines. You will use analytical models and business intelligence to identify high‑churn customers and design targeted offers that drive loyalty and meet retention KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute proactive retention matrices, categorising offers by segment value and customer type to achieve retention targets.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of retention activities and promotions, aligning KPIs with STC performance requirements.
• Conduct deep analysis of segment behaviours and interests.
• Develop advanced reporting for proactive retention initiatives.
• Improve retention capabilities, including analytical models, SAS/Teradata enhancements, CRM system changes, and IT system upgrades.
• Maintain and enhance churn predictive models.
• Execute, measure and optimise proactive retention campaigns using the CMS platform.
• Derive customer needs from behavioural trends and propose new propositions.
• Provide support and coaching to improve retention results across all service channels, especially outbound and inbound.
• Identify analytical needs and opportunities to support business objectives.
• Supervise the development and implementation of retention management plans involving multiple teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or Digital Marketing.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing and customer retention.
• Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English.
