Medical Sales Specialist

About the role

The Medical Sales Specialist will drive growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within government (NUPCO) and private hospitals and clinics. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting our medical disposable and consumable product portfolio and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover selling opportunities and assess client needs.
• Leverage an existing network of government (NUPCO) and private medical sector contacts to generate orders and contracts.
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Arrange and lead meetings, delivering tailored presentations on products and services.
• Prepare regular sales and financial reports, and maintain stock availability for demonstrations.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling objections and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling to government hospitals (NUPCO) and private medical facilities.
• Proven track record of sales activity since 2022 with NUPCO or private clients.
• Strong knowledge of medical disposable and consumable products.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
