Meeting & Events Sales Manager

About the role

Fakieh Tarfeeh Group is seeking a dynamic Meeting & Events Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy for Al Nawras Resort in Jeddah. The role focuses on attracting corporate clients, government bodies and event organizers to drive the resort’s meetings, events and business centre revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the resort’s meetings, events and business centre.
• Identify and acquire new corporate accounts across companies, government entities, training organisations and event planners.
• Conduct regular sales visits, calls and presentations to targeted prospects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and packages, negotiate rates and terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients and ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations, Food & Beverage and other departments to guarantee flawless event execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to uncover new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets and produce regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in Meetings & Events (MICE).
• Proven track record with corporate accounts and experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of the Jeddah corporate and events market and an established network.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and business‑development skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
