Microwave Rollout Manager

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Microwave Rollout Manager to lead the planning, deployment and end‑to‑end delivery of licensed microwave (MW) networks across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary liaison with multiple MW equipment vendors, ensuring that each solution meets performance, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead link planning, technical design and integration of MW networks.
• Manage on‑site deployment activities and coordinate with internal teams, operators and vendors.
• Oversee the full validation process with the national regulator CST, including spectrum coordination, technical documentation, interference analysis and final approval.
• Handle regulatory submissions, issue resolution and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and deploying licensed MW networks with hands‑on work across different vendors.
• Field and engineering experience in Saudi Arabia, familiar with local deployment practices and stakeholder environments.
• Solid knowledge of the CST regulatory framework and experience managing the complete validation cycle.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, multicultural settings and coordinate technical activities end‑to‑end.
