Middle Affiliate Manager (AI Product)

About the role

This position is for a Middle Affiliate Manager focused on an AI‑driven digital product. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will work remotely with international partners to grow affiliate traffic and drive measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale an existing portfolio of affiliate partners across CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models, handling onboarding, creative selection, landing‑page setup and tracking configuration.
• Monitor daily and weekly KPIs such as traffic quality, conversion rates, CPA and ROI, and work with partners to optimise under‑performing placements.
• Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure, investigate data discrepancies and resolve attribution issues.
• Keep affiliate partner records up‑to‑date, including contacts, commercial terms and geographic coverage.
• Support Business Development in launching new custom partnerships, from technical setup to initial performance monitoring.
• Analyse competitor affiliate programmes and share market insights with the broader team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle affiliate account management experience, including partner onboarding, creative and landing‑page setup, tracking implementation and optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with international partners and internal stakeholders.
