NOC Engineer – Network Operations Center

About the role

We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to monitor, maintain, and support our IT and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure high system availability, resolve incidents quickly, and contribute to continuous improvement of performance and stability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure to guarantee high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, and network issues promptly.
• Manage and support Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Configure, maintain, and support network devices and security tools.
• Handle incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and IT projects.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve overall reliability and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in NOC, network support, or IT infrastructure roles.
• Fluency in Arabic.
