Nurse Coordinator – Home Health (Makkah/Jeddah)

About the role

The Home Health Nurse Coordinator provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in the community, supporting individuals and families managing chronic conditions. Based in the Makkah/Jeddah region, the role ensures high‑quality care through home visits, telephonic follow‑up, and coordination with hospitals, pharmacies and program managers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic follow‑up consultations and monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and pain levels during home visits.
• Prepare and administer medications, including injections, IVs, inhalations, oral, infusions and rectal treatments.
• Provide wound assessment, dressing changes, advanced foot care (optional) and cardiac assessments.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication use and self‑care techniques.
• Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with client SOPs and local regulations.
• Collaborate with program managers, hospitals, distributors and pharmacies to ensure seamless patient support.
• Prepare monthly monitoring reports and quarterly quality‑assurance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Valid local health authority license or eligibility letter.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• CPR and First Aid certified; Good Standing Certificate (≤6 months old).
