On-site Service Engineer – Tools & Assembly Systems

About the role

We are looking for a professional On‑site Service Engineer to deliver start‑up, maintenance and optimisation services for industrial electric tools at customer sites in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) and Jeddah. You will act as the main technical contact, ensuring high availability and performance of the equipment while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance to improve tool performance and extend lifetime.
• Manage on‑site contract KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF and availability.
• Report progress and KPI status to the On‑site Service Leader.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to capture requirements and deliver gap‑closure plans.
• Collaborate with project, sales and other functions to optimise cross‑functional processes.
• Support assigned projects and develop cost‑saving or Kaizen initiatives.
• Provide information for renewal service contract proposals.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of field service experience with industrial electric tools (e.g., Atlas Copco) or equivalent.
• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
