Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to deliver high‑quality technical assistance to enterprise‑scale users, including executives and VIPs. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring seamless operation of Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and video‑conferencing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, Office 365, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Cisco Video Conferencing solutions.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues with a structured diagnostic approach.
• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint management technologies.
• Engage with non‑technical stakeholders, tailoring communication to senior executives and business leaders.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience across Service Desk, End‑User Computing, Desktop Support, Systems Administration, and Networking.
• Proven experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing support environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Professional presence when interacting with senior leadership.
