About the role

The Operations Specialist will oversee daily boutique activities, ensuring seamless operations, accurate inventory, and compliance with luxury brand standards. This role supports the Salon Manager in maintaining operational controls and delivering a flawless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate stock movements, and support audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and audit requirements.
• Maintain boutique presentation standards, housekeeping, and visual merchandising.
• Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and coordinate operational needs for appointments and events.
• Prepare operational trackers, reports, and performance analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations, inventory control, or boutique management.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English.
