About the role
The Organizational Excellence Expert will drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and quality systems that align with the entity’s strategic objectives and international best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse the organization’s strategy to define priorities for business‑excellence programmes.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify, prioritise and design improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain standardised methodologies, guidelines and templates for process development and redesign.
- Identify, implement and annually assess quality programmes and certifications such as ISO 9001 and EFQM.
- Establish a quality‑management system, define KPIs for all processes and monitor compliance.
- Oversee the continuous update of policies, procedures and forms in collaboration with administrative units.
- Coordinate business‑excellence projects, process automation and integration with the IT department.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 4 years of experience.
- Proven experience in designing and managing quality‑management systems and improvement programmes.
- Strong understanding of international standards such as ISO 9001 and EFQM.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Familiarity with EFQM assessment framework
- Experience with process automation tools
