Organizational Excellence Manager

About the role

The Organizational Excellence Manager will lead DP World KSA’s initiatives to embed governance, compliance and continuous improvement across the organization. This role oversees ISO certification, audit processes, policy management and drives risk, resilience and crisis management programs to boost overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with certification bodies and third‑party auditors to ensure smooth ISO certification processes.
• Oversee implementation and compliance of all management systems in KSA business units, conducting internal audits and ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Maintain and align policies, procedures and controlled documents with regional standards and local regulations.
• Identify improvement opportunities, lead process re‑engineering projects and monitor project delivery against goals.
• Lead business assessments, surveys and participation in local and international excellence awards.
• Coordinate risk management, business resilience and crisis management activities to enhance organizational agility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in governance, compliance, ISO standards and audit management.
• Strong background in process improvement, project management and change leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business units and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
