Orthopaedic Specialist - Commission Based

About the role

The Orthopaedic Specialist will join a growing outpatient and emergency care network on a commission‑based model. The physician will deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal care, diagnose conditions, and perform procedures while sharing revenue generated from clinical services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Conduct outpatient consultations and develop treatment plans.
• Handle trauma cases, fractures, joint pain, sports injuries, back pain, and degenerative disorders.
• Request and interpret radiological and laboratory investigations.
• Perform minor orthopaedic procedures and, when appropriate, orthopaedic surgeries.
• Collaborate with emergency department physicians and other specialties.

Required profile

• Qualified orthopaedic surgeon or physician with appropriate medical licensure.
